Mrs. Laurie Stratman, Principal	Welcome to Vineland PreK-8. I am very happy to be a part of this new challenge. As most of you know, we are one school with campuses on two different sites. Our goals for the school year are to work together to shape a school culture that includes policies and procedures, a vision for the future, and a formative plan for student achievement and performance. We have raised the bar and set higher expectations for students and staff. We are asking for help from our parents both during the day and in the evening through our new volunteer program. Throughout the school year we will be evaluating our programs and there effectiveness and making changes as needed. I'd like to welcome all of you to Vineland PreK-8. Mrs. Cherl Sherwood, Counselor Vineland Pre K-5		I am very excited to be a part of the Vineland PreK-8 School. I feel that by combining our two staffs we can provide many more resources for our students than we could in the past. I have been fortunate enough to work with both staffs, having made the transition from the middle school, where I have taught for the past 12 years to the elementary school as the counselor. Both staffs have very dedicated, hard working members who genuinely care about the students. The leadership of the school is a direct reflection of the positive changes that have been implemented. "The Power of Two" schools under one leader has tremendous potential for student success!
Mrs. Julie Griego, Counselor Vineland 6-8		Vineland Schools....The Power of 2! We will become the Power of 2 with both great schools, staff, students, community and a GREAT Leader! I am excited about the merge and believe it will bring good things to our students. I look forward to working with everyone. Mrs. Sherwood and I will work closely together to be student advocates and to work with ALL students and families.
